Energy and utility tracking by building and area is part of the platform. Carbon visibility and sustainability reporting are an active product direction and are introduced progressively — we will show exactly what is available during a demo.
Can we track DEWA or district cooling consumption?
Utility consumption, including electricity, water and chilled water from providers such as DEWA or district cooling operators, can be recorded from bills, meter readings or connected meters. Proxima is not an official integration of any utility provider.
Does Proxima produce certified sustainability reports?
No. Proxima is designed to organise the underlying data. Any certification or formal disclosure remains with your consultants and the relevant certifying bodies.
Do we need smart meters?
No. Manual readings and utility bills can be captured in a structured way. Smart meters and BMS data make the picture more frequent and detailed.
How does energy link to maintenance?
Consumption changes can be reviewed against asset condition and maintenance history, which helps teams see whether a rise is linked to a fault, a schedule change or occupancy.
